Return Policy
Return Window: Return will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery and after quality check the refund will be processed as store credit.
Return Fee: A nominal return fee of ₹100 is charged for returns to cover logistics and processing.
Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with all original tags intact. Any item with a "No Return" tag removed will not be accepted.
Exclusions: Accessories, customized/tailored outfits, and sale items are generally non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Window: Exchanges within 3 days only.
Exchange Process: Once the returned item passes a quality check, the new parcel will be sent.
If the product is returned, the refund will only be initiated as store credit, depending on company policy.
A fee of ₹250 applies for a second exchange of the same product.
Exchanged product will go through a complete quality check and the new product will be sent to you after the quality check only.
This process will take up to 4 to 5 business days.
